Quick fixes that resolve most common issues:
- Stuck on a screen? Force-quit the app and reopen. If it persists, sign out and back in.
- Push notifications missing? iOS Settings → Notifications → LORDLY → Allow Notifications. Inside the app: More → Notifications → Send test push.
- Payment failed? Check the card hasn't expired and the bank hasn't blocked the charge. Retry from the rent screen — failed debits auto-retry at T+2 and T+5 days.
- Tradie / landlord verification stuck? Re-run the Stripe Identity flow from More → Verification. If your trade licence isn't auto-detected, email support@lordly.app with a photo of the licence.
- Subscription not unlocking after purchase? Open the subscription screen and tap Restore Purchases at the bottom. If still locked, email us with the Apple receipt.
- Forgot password? Use "Forgot password?" on the login screen — the reset email arrives within 60 seconds.
What to include in your email
- Your account email (the one you sign into LORDLY with).
- Your role — landlord, tenant, or tradie.
- App version and build number (More → About).
- iOS or Android version.
- A clear description of what happened, and what you expected to happen.
- Screenshots if the issue is visual.
If a tenant or property faces immediate danger (fire, flood, gas leak, structural collapse), call 000 first. LORDLY is not an emergency service.
For urgent app-blocking issues during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm AEST), email support@lordly.app with URGENT in the subject line.
Reporting abuse
If another user is harassing you, posting illegal content, or violating our Terms of Service, report them in-app (More → Blocked Users → Report) or email abuse@lordly.app. We action abuse reports within 24 hours.
